food sensitivity testing

Hair testing for food sensitivities

Foods are often a culprit for making us feel unwell or causing inflammation in our bodies. They can also be a reason that we struggle to lose weight or maintain our energy!
The Food and Environmental Sensitivity Test is a safe and non-invasive test that utilises hair analysis to assess sensitivity to a broad range of food and environmental compounds.
Once the test is done, we will be able to work towards developing a meal plan and adjusting your lifestyle to help make you feel better!

This test is extremely popular (and helpful!) with younger children who experience tummy pains/discomfort, or skin issues such as eczema or rashes.

How do you do the test?
Doing this test is an easy process. I will simply cut out a small patch of hair, send it away to the Allergenics lab, and then discuss the results with you and create a meal plan to suit your results.
Not in Palmerston North? No worries - I will talk you through what to do, you can send me your hair sample, I will then send it off to the lab. We can have a phone consultation once your results are in, easy!

How much does it cost?
One test costs $250 and includes the initial appointment, the test, and the follow up consultation with a plan.
There are additional tests available at an extra $110 per test - available upon request only.

Is this test for me?
If you are struggling with digestive discomfort, weight loss/gain issues, low energy, or are generally feeling "off", then yes this test is for you!

Testimonial:
"After years of feeling unwell, bloated, tied and unable to shift weight and several visits to my GP, he told me it had to be food related and I would have to figure out which foods were disagreeing with me myself!

I saw Vicky's add for Hair Samples on Facebook and thought it was worth a go.
When I got my results back and Vicky did my food plan I was a little hesitant as I had a big change ahead.
Vicky made it very easy and talked me through it all. I gave it 100% even cut out the wine!
After the first 2 weeks I could not believe how well I felt. I had energy and slept like a baby. I started to lose weight and I really enjoyed watching what I was eating. I have now been following the food plan for 8 weeks and feel amazing, I have heaps of energy and my skin is glowing.
It is so worth it and I have now changed my ways and love it.
Thanks heaps Vicky everyone should give this a go."
