Nourish Me and Dalton's Gym are bringing affordable nutrition seminars to Upper Hutt!
Both Vicky Carson and Manuel Dalton are from Upper Hutt and are passionate about helping improve the health and wellness of others in our community. The first seminar is coming up soon, details below. 

Weight Loss and Improving General Health

This seminar is going to tell you all about what you need to do to help you lose weight and improve your health - you'll learn simple tricks that don't cost a lot of money either. Vicky will cover these and much more:

What foods to eat to nourish yourself
What to avoid
How to improve and maintain your energy
What to eat around exercise
Easy tips and tricks to help improve your general health!

Vicky will also make her self available to answer any questions you might have about your own health at the end of the seminar.
